Whether at your home, office, or anywhere in between, a mobile notary offers convenience and saves you time by coming directly to you. You might need a mobile notary for situations like real estate signings, urgent last-minute documents, or when you're unable to visit a notary’s office due to time constraints or travel limitations. It's a flexible service that works around your schedule.

What service areas do you cover?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our mobile notary service accepts various payment methods such as cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple pay. This flexibility ensures a smooth and secure transaction for all your notarization needs.

Do mobile notary services offer the same credibility as traditional in-office notary services?

Yes, mobile notary services are just as credible as traditional ones. The only difference is that we bring the service to you—whether it’s a loan signing, estate documents, or any other notarization. It’s all about convenience without compromising on professionalism. All of our notaries are commissioned, trained, bonded and E&O Insured.

In California, can I use my expired ID for notarization?

Accepted forms of ID include a California driver’s license or ID card, a U.S. passport, an out-of-state driver’s license, a military ID, or a foreign passport stamped by the U.S. government. The ID must be current or issued within the last five years. If you don’t have an ID, you may be able to use one or two credible witnesses with valid IDs. Contact us to learn more!

Can I use a picture of my ID for notarization?
